Terms and Conditions of SUV Chicago Limo
  • Prices are subject to change.
  • The client is responsible for any damage to the limousine caused during the ride by him or his fellow travelers.
  • No smoking and alcohol allowed.
  • It is illegal and unsafe to load the vehicles beyond seating capacity.
  • We assume no responsibility for articles left in our vehicles.
  • We cannot be held responsible for delayed travel time due to weather, traffic, road conditions or unforeseen mechanical failures.
  • All reservations are subject to a guaranteed payment.
  • A credit card number will be taken and may be charged at the time the reservation is made.
  • Requests for specific cars will not be guaranteed.
  • Airport transfers canceled in less time than 3 HOURS, will result in a full charge.
  • NO SHOW – no-show is considered after 30 minutes waiting without contact from the customer’s side.
  • A fee equal to the trip cost plus 20% gratuity will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location (EXCEPT AIRPORTS).
  • For stretch limo, please call or text for availability.

 

Cancellation Policy for Chicago limo service

 

Charters/hourly rental agreement policy:

1. We must receive a completed contract and 30% credit card deposit before a vehicle is considered fully reserved. Deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to the reservation date. If no payment is received we will charge the guaranteeing credit card in full. For fraud prevention, we will ask for a credit card imprint at the completion of service. If you have prearranged to pay the balance in cash, you must pay the balance prior to the service being rendered. An authorization hold will be charged on the guaranteeing credit card for the total amount due and will be released once payment is made. Hold disappearance varies depending on cardholders account. It may take up to 7-10 business days.

2. The client has the right to cancel service up to 48 hours after the time of booking with no penalties however there are no refunds of deposits or any payments made. If the client chooses to cancel after this time, 30% of the contracted services will be charged to the credit card on file. If the reservation is not canceled 2 weeks prior to the reservation date, the credit card on file will be charged the full amount. If the reservation is booked within 2 weeks of the service date, payment in full is required and service is non-cancelable/non-transferable. We must receive all cancellations in writing or e-mail to info@suvchicagolimo.com. Once received, we will email a cancellation confirmation stating the cancellation charges if any. If you do not receive this email within 24-hours please call us immediately.

CURBSIDE AIRPORT PICKUP

When your airplane lands, your driver will contact you and give you instructions about the pickup. In case you don’t receive a text message, please call our dispatch at 312-806-1074. Dispatch will then send your driver to the vestibule that you designate. Your driver will arrive in the middle lane within 7-10 minutes.

MEET & GREET AIRPORT PICKUP

Your Driver will meet you at the baggage claim area, holding a sign with your name and ready to handle your luggage.
If you cannot find your driver do not leave the airport. Call us immediately as you will be billed in full.

Airport arrivals: 
Domestic flights: Thirty (30) minute grace period of waiting, without charge from the gate time of the flights’ arrival.
International flights: One (1) hour grace period of waiting, without charge from the gate time of flights’ arrival.

Please contact us if there should be any additional wait time needed. 
1. Airport Arrivals/Departures may be canceled up to 3 hours before scheduled pickup time without incurring a charge. If the reservation is canceled within 3 hours of the scheduled pick-up time payment in full is required. There will be a full charge for any and all no-shows. There is NO CHARGE for canceled flights if canceled within 3 hours of flight arrival time.
NO SHOW –  is considered after 30 minutes waiting without contact from the customer’s side. The full charge will be applied.

Airport arrivals:
Domestic flights: 30 minutes free waiting period from the time of flight arrival. Waiting time after this will be billed as the same below.
International flights: 1 hour free waiting period from the time of flight arrival. Waiting time after this will be billed as the same below.

Airport Departures
There is a 15 minute grace period to enter vehicles arranged for Departures. After the grace period waiting time will incur charges in additional to the flat rate starting from the scheduled pick-up time, at the rate of $1.00 per minute for sedans, $1.50 per minute for SUV , $2 per minute for stretch limos and Vans, $3.00 per minute for minibuses/Stretch SUV/Limo buses under 20 passengers and $4.00 per minute for specialty vehicles over 20 passengers(Limo-bus,Mini Coach buses).The reservation will convert to a minimum of two hours charter if the waiting exceeds one hour. If you are paying cash, this amount is due to the driver upon our arrival at the pick-up location.An authorization hold will be charged on the credit card for the total amount due and will be released once payment is made. Hold disappearance varies depending on cardholders account. It may take up to 7-10 business days. If paying by credit card you are required to present it to the driver for an imprint.
3. Additional services (stops) will be subject to additional charges and are to be paid at the time the additional services are rendered.
4. SUV Chicago Limo reserves the right to substitute the vehicle in the event of a mechanical breakdown. If Partial Service is rendered the client is responsible for these services, and it will be charged to the credit card on file. SUV Chicago Limo is not responsible for delays or the termination of service caused by unsafe road conditions, unforeseen situations (i.e., unsalted roads, accidents, etc.) SUV Chicago Limo is not responsible for delays caused by extreme traffic, weather, mechanical problems, accidents or any other Acts of God.
5. Client accepts full responsibility for vehicle damage and/or special clean up due to negligence or carelessness caused by any member of the client’s party. This includes burns, vomiting, broken stemware, scratches, stains, broken windows, mirrors, etc. For any damages incurred client agrees to pay SUV Chicago Limo or its authorizing agent at the time of the incident or upon completion of service. If the credit card supplied for additional charges is not able to be charged, the client agrees to pay for the damages incurred within 5 business days. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any member of their party. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. Fines are calculated per occurrence and are Smoking/Burns: $200 Vomiting: $200 Special Cleanup: $200 Stemware: $25. Any additional damages will be quoted by the office. 
6. SUV Chicago Limo will not carry more than the specified number of passengers indicated in the confirmation, or over the vehicle’s capacity. SUV Chicago Limo authorization required to do so.
7. SUV Chicago Limo is not responsible for lost, stolen, left, unattended or forgotten belongings in the vehicle at any time while in the clients use or after.
8. All vehicles in SUV Chicago Limo Fleet are considered non-smoking vehicles! The use of illegal substances is forbidden. The use of alcohol by minors is prohibited. There is no food/eating allowed in any vehicles. SUV Chicago Limo reserves the right to terminate service immediately without refund if these rules are violated.  If these rules and regulations are violated by the client or any member of the client’s party, it may result in the immediate termination of service and client will be charged the full amount of the service with no refund and cleaning fees may apply. The driver has the right to terminate any trip without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client (s). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof of vehicles or to stand in the aisles of buses when a vehicle is in motion.

 

POINT TO POINT / CONCERTS /  EVENTS

 

POINT TO POINT RENTAL AGREEMENT POLICIES
